Dr. Estelle Hweiwan Liou
Pediatric Dentist
A 2000 licensed graduate of USC Pediatric Dentistry Program with best research award, and residency at Children's Hospital of Los Angeles. Dr. Estelle Hweiwan Liou has been practicing at Orange Grove Dental for the past twelve years. She specializes in Children's Dentistry including oral sedation. She have successfully completed over 36,000 oral sedation cases. She is board certified in Pediatric Dentistry and utilizes the latest techniques in digital radiology. She also completed master of education from USC.
Dr. Estelle Hweiwan Liou is a diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry with fellow status, active member of American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, California Society of Pediatric Dentistry, USC/Pediatric Dental Alumni, member of Tri-county Dental Society and the current Vice president of Chinese American dental association of Southern California. She frequently attend continue educations worldwide. Fluent in Mandarin and Taiwanese.
She enjoys her 8 year-old daughter's company. Loves children, animals, music, dancing and environmental issues.
Dr. Andy Wong

A general dentist graduated from Tufts University.
With over years of experience, Dr. Andy has great clinical skill and patience. He is also fluent in Mandarin. Very warm and positive personality. Dr. Andy was the chairman of Chinese Dental Association for one year. He enjoys spending time with his growing family.
Dr. Drew Preston
Anesthesiologist
Dr. Drew Alan Preston is a Dentist Anesthesiologist who serves the Central and Southern California areas, as well as the greater Austin, Texas area. He
currently resides in Los Angeles, CA. Dr. Preston graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree with Honors in Cell and Developmental Biology from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a
Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Dentistry. Following dental school, he worked several years as a General Dentist in Southern California. Early
in his dental career, he was involved in the initial development of an Oral Health Department at a Santa Barbara, CA community clinic. After 7 years practicing as a General Dentist, Dr. Preston
attended a three year specialty training program in Dental Anesthesiology at Jacobi Medical Center in New York where he served as Chief Resident.
His main focus as a Dentist Anesthesiologist is to provide safe and caring anesthesia to phobic, pediatric, and special needs
patients.
On the personal side, Dr. Preston enjoys international travel and exploring other cultures. He also has a great interest in art, architecture, interior design,
film, music, and running.
